Update: I guess I had to chnage hosing as Downthe ceased operations in late 2013
Since Feb 2007 I have been using Downthe.NET as my hosting provider. So far I haven't faced any problem that can't be solved. The support staff have been very friendly in solving problems.
Unfortunately, due to economy free hosting has been desist, but the paid hosting is still the cheapest around, with a uptime of over 99.25% since July 2007. Best of all you get Unlimited of every thing (more or less)!
I don't think that I will ever change hosting provider unless I have a need to set up my own Web Server.
