Motorola vs Apple

When I read this article, the first thought that popped in my mind was: what is Apple's public profile. All I have read for last 1½ years are the iPhone 4S, iPad 3 and all the lawsuits. Since Jobs left the company, Apple has not produced anything, yea they have released a phone and a tablet, but was it anything new in it. When Jobs was still active, I did want those devises for a fraction of second. But since he left, I don't even want to talk about those "new" devices.

Even though the ban Motorola/Google is looking for is not going to effect the latest gen of phones and tablets, it still show how good is Apple when they are using unlicensed tech. As for their lawsuit against Samsung, did they even think about the re-persecution, even though Apple's A4 and A5 chips are designed by Apple, they are still manufactured by Samsung.

If my gut feeling is right Apple is on the verge of hard winds, but we will just have to wait and see what the future brings.
