Windows 8 and Clock

Ishan jain
For couple of weeks I have been using Windows Server 2012, server version of Windows 8. As Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 got the same new Start Menu. The only difference I think is that Windows Server has the server apps while. And they have the same problems.

I wrote a post previously, where I talked about how the new Start Menu may not be something everybody is going to like right away, it will take some time to get used to (or not). But there is one big problem, though, there is no quick way to see TIME in the new interface.

Although I think, this won't be a problem if you are in Desktop mode, but in Metro (sorry Modern UI, yea i don't think, i will call it other than Metro) it takes like 5 seconds just to see the clock (at least on a non-touch screens).

Lets see if Microsoft will ever change this, or are they going to forget the ones who are still running screen with no touch.

Update: Accidentally I managed to hit some combination of keys (after a bit of search on the net I found put it was Windows+C), it showed the clock and the right charms bar.
